Delivery and Risk
Delivery dates though given in good faith are estimated only and are subject to the relevant stock being available. We accept no liability and the purchaser has no right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time given unless we have specifically agreed in writing to deliver on a particular date. We always try to ensure all goods are delivered within 3 working days of ordering, but please allow up to 7 working days to recieve your goods.
All goods are at the purchasers risk from time of delivery notwithstanding that title of the goods remains with us until full payment is made in accordance with Clause 9.
Delivery Charges
All orders over 100 pounds excluding VAT are DELIVERED FREE (excluding large equipment quoted at ordering)
All orders under 100 pounds excluding VAT will be charged 5.95 pounds + VAT for delivery.
Liability
All goods are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. Please inspect goods on receipt, as no claims will be entertained for damaged goods if cartons are stored unopened. Where goods are for forward transmission we are not reliable for goods between out purchaser and a third party.
No claim for goods lost or damaged in transit will be considered unless full details are provided to us within 2 days of receipt of goods or invoice.
Our liability in respect of loss or damaged goods shall not exceed the invoice price of the goods (excluding VAT) and our liability shall in no event extend to consequential or indirect loss or damage, loss to third parties or loss of business. However, liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence is not excluded or restricted.
If delivery of goods is delayed or prevented due to any cause beyond our control such as war, fire, industrial action or any statutory or regulatory imposition then at our opinion the contract shall be cancelled or extended for a reasonable time after such cause has ceased.
Returns
A restocking charge will be made at 20% of the invoice value of all goods returned. Custom manufactured orders are non returnable.

All intellectual property rights in and to the products displayed in this catalogue are owned by us and/or registered in out name. Any infringement or purported infringement of those rights will be vigorously contested.
Reservation of Title
We reserve full legal and beneficial title in all the goods we supply until those particular goods have been paid for in full.
Pending full payment for the goods the purchaser holds them as our fiduciary agency and bailee and must take them all necessary measures to protect them including insuring them with a reputable insurance company for there full replacement value. The purchaser must store the goods separately from his/her own goods or those of third parties and must clearly mark them as being our property.
The purchaser may, as our fiduciary agent, resell the goods in the ordinary course of business provided that the proceeds of any such resale are paid into a separate bank account in out favour. The purchaser must promptly account to us with the money so paid into such account.
Please note that when ordering goods you are authorizing us (and any of our employees or agents) immediately upon any failure to make payment for the goods to enter your premises or those premises under your control for the purpose of repossessing the goods.
